Go Mi Nyeo (Park Shin Hye) lived in a convent all her life. She is sweet and cute but accident prone. The convent's resident troublemaker. She is all set on becoming a nun and will be leaving for Rome in a month. Unfortunately for her, her twin brother, Go Mi Nam (Park Shin Hye as a guy) and his manager will put a stop to her plans.

Right before he is to sign a contract with AN Entertainment and join the famous boy group A.N. Jell, Mi Nam had to disappear for a month to get his botched-up eye job fixed secretly. And because he and Mi Nyeo have the same facial features, the same angelic voice and because it is really hard to tell them apart, Mi Nam's manager tried to coax Mi Nyeo to impersonate her brother. At first, Mi Nyeo agreed because she thought it was just a one-time deal, just to sign the contract. But after finding out that she has to continue impersonating Mi Nam for a month, she gave his manager a big NO. She is dead set on leaving for Rome.

But Mi Nyeo never set foot on her plane for Rome. After some craziness at the airport, she missed her flight and decided to go ahead and impersonate her brother. It was for her brother's dream which is to become a famous singer and afterwards use his fame to find their mother. She cut her long hair, bound her chest, dressed as a guy and became A.N.Jell's newest member, Go Mi Nam. Then her identity was immediately discovered by Hwang Tae Kyung (Jang Geun Suk), the group's prickly leader...

From being a nun-in-training to impersonating her brother, to living the life of an upcoming celebrity and sharing a house with three handsome guys, how does a naive and innocent girl adapt? What will she do when she finds herself having feelings for Hwang Tae Kyung who dislikes her because she is a walking accident zone? Will she and her brother be reunited with their mother?
